Chapter 2 – Three Little Boys Who Changed Everything

The silence lasted only three seconds.
But to Garrett Bradford, it felt like an eternity.
His hands slowly loosened around the wedding vows he had been holding.
His eyes never left the three little boys standing beside Amelia.
Leo stood proudly in the middle.
Owen clutched his mother's hand.
Wyatt looked around the enormous estate with innocent curiosity.
Each wore a perfectly tailored dark-green velvet tuxedo.
Each had the same gray eyes Garrett saw every morning in his own mirror.
The resemblance was impossible to deny.
The minister quietly lowered his Bible.
No one moved.
Finally, Vivian Bradford appeared at the top of the marble staircase.
Her face had gone completely pale.
She descended one careful step at a time, gripping the railing harder with every breath.
When she reached the ballroom floor, she stopped less than six feet from the children.
Her voice barely worked.
"Who... are they?"
Amelia met her eyes without fear.
"They're your grandsons."
A wave of whispers swept through the guests.
Garrett's fiancée, Victoria Sinclair, looked back and forth between Amelia and Garrett.
"What is she talking about?"
Garrett opened his mouth.
Nothing came out.
Amelia reached into her designer handbag and calmly placed three sealed envelopes onto a nearby table.
Each contained a certified DNA report.
She slid one toward Garrett.
"I had them tested six months ago."
Garrett's trembling fingers opened the envelope.
Probability of paternity:
99.9999%.
He looked up, speechless.
"They're mine..."
May you like
Amelia nodded.
"You've been their father since the day they were born."
