Chapter 1 - The President’s Awakening

Her husband, still reeking of alcohol, let out a mocking sneer. "Who are you gonna call? Your father is dead, and that precious company you used to brag about doesn't exist anymore. Nobody is coming to save you."
His mother crossed her arms, her voice dripping with frost. "All your properties belong to our family now. You're nothing more than a useless woman trapped in this house to wipe a baby’s nose."
The woman stared at them in silence for a few long seconds. Then, she raised her phone, her voice colder than ice.
"Attorney Gabriel Reyes. Enough is enough. Execute my father's final directive."
From the other end of the line, the calm, measured voice of Attorney Gabriel Reyes—her late father’s trusted legal counsel and estate trustee—came through cleanly. "Are you certain, ma'am? Once we trigger this, you will reclaim absolute control, and every single person who used or seized your assets will be criminally investigated."
Clutching her crying baby tightly against her chest, she answered, "I am certain. I stayed quiet because I wanted to protect my family. But if I keep enduring this, they will destroy my son’s future too."
Attorney Reyes paused for a moment before replying, "I have been waiting for this call for three years."
The second the line went dead, both the husband’s and mother-in-law’s phones vibrated simultaneously.
The color drained instantly from the man's drunken face as he read the notifications flashing on his screen. Every single one of his personal and business bank accounts had been frozen. He had been stripped of his position as CEO, and his security access to all corporate facilities was revoked. Beside him, his mother turned deathly pale as a formal 24-hour eviction notice for the mansion popped up on her phone.
"What did you do?!" she shrieked. "You legally transferred the company to my son!"
"I granted him temporary administrative authority after I gave birth," the woman replied with quiet composure. "I never transferred ownership."

The husband slammed his phone onto the couch in a blind rage. "You lying bitch! You signed every document I put in front of you!"
She looked him dead in the eye. "Yes, I signed your papers. But you never knew my father secretly left behind a second agreement."
